A Weekend of Embodiment, Nature & Connection for Women
A key part of the heroine’s journey is learning to trust our bodies, cherish our hearts, and deepen our aliveness through the five senses and earth-based wisdom.
This powerful, pleasurable weekend will create a safe, supportive container for you to access the regenerative, expressive, expansive aspects of you. You will become more open, relaxed, and tapped into your own unique intuition and sensuality.
The retreat will focus on liberating the wild feminine within each of us, cultivating more creative and erotic energy, and healing through connection to the elements and the land.
Morning embodiment and breathwork practices will be mixed in with Q&A sessions, sisterhood circles, archetype practice, time in nature, crafting activities, and small group sessions.
This is a space where you can bring your heart’s longings, your tender places, your rage and sorrow, your laughter and joy, and all that you want to dream into existence.
- Community. Get connected to other loving, smart women who will both support and inspire you in your journey of becoming your most vibrant, integrated self.
- Embodiment. Focused practice sessions will help your nervous system become more resilient and open, helping you to feel more confident and relaxed in dating, love, creativity and more.
- Knowledge.  The right piece of information at the right time can transform everything. Bring your questions and curiosities to our Q&A sessions.
- Nourishment. Recharge your soul while enjoying delicious food in a beautiful valley that highlights the best of Northern California.

Your Connection

Embrace
Your Sensuality

Reclaim
Your Power
Wild Sensuality is about our inherent innocence and freedom as fully alive, sensual beings. But we will not be doing anything sexual — practices will be focused on connection to self, sensuality, and nature. We will be fully clothed (unless you choose in privacy, during breaks or in the hottub, to be otherwise). You will never be asked to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you.
