I talked to a woman at a party who said her goal this year was love. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n When I asked her what she was going to do to get that goal, she said \u201ctalk to more people.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Huh?<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cHow is talking to more people going to get you love?\u201d I asked.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n She said she had been online for FIVE years and hadn\u2019t had a good relationship since her high-school sweetheart two decades ago.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n In 2018 she had really put all her effort into online dating…only to meet 40 guys and have 39 of them be duds.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n She was exhausted because she was dating in absolutely the wrong way — dating harder not smarter. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n But her 2019 \u201cstrategy\u201d of talking to more people in real life was even worse…she will get even more exhausted talking to more people and going to more events because that requires way more effort than online.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n And the worst part is, she still doesn\u2019t know how to be vulnerable, feminine, authentic, and desirable — even after all that effort.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Now it\u2019s not her fault that she has no idea how to date the right way. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n It\u2019s not like there was a class in school called \u201cDating 101,\u201d and with her parents divorced, she didn\u2019t have a good role model for relationships. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n But nonetheless, her love life is totally going downhill. Fast. And it\u2019s getting worse. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Don\u2019t do that. Please don\u2019t date harder, don\u2019t go to a million events talking to everyone there, and don\u2019t approach dating with all this masculine energy.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n My clients are SMART.
